362. The record in appeal before the board is constituted of the following documents:
(1)  the notice of appeal signed by the appellant;
(2)  the notice of prosecution;
(3)  the decision of the racing judges;
(4)  the record of the sound track of the hearing held by the racing judges, if any;
(5)  the video recording when the offence appealed was committed during a race, if any;
(6)  the certificate of positive analysis when the alleged offence relates to the administration of drugs.
